I’m Meagan, a wife, mother of 3, birth doula, podcaster, and VBAC educator. I was born and raised in Utah and haven’t left my hometown of Salt Lake City. Aside from being a birth junkie I love late night walks with my husband, fitness, exploring during the summer months, sledding and hot chocolate with my kids in the winter, and am a sucker for doughy brownies!

VBAC Journey

I began my journey 4 years ago as a pregnant mother hoping to have a VBAC. After having an unexpected Cesarean with my first child I was looking forward to having my baby vaginally the second time. Unfortunately with an unsupportive team and lack of education on my part, it ended in a repeat C-section. Three days later, I was registered for my first doula course. I wanted to help women just like myself feel educated, supported, and empowered during their birthing time. With my third pregnancy I was much more educated. I knew I could achieve a vaginal birth this time, and I did! I was so grateful for all the love I had and the supportive team which led to my incredible VBA2C. I am VBAC passionate and am excited to continue helping women like you all over the world achieve the birth of their dreams.
